Kenneth K.H. Lau, Managing Director

A sales, marketing and business development professional with more than 20 years of experience in the ICT industry, Mr. Kenneth Lau joined TraxComm in 2002 as the Head of Sales and Business Development. In this role, he was responsible for formulating and implementing the company’s sales, marketing and customer-relations strategies and programmes. Mr. Lau was appointed Chief Officer [retitled as Managing Director] in February 2009. Also he serves as the Chairman in Communications Association of Hong Kong (CAHK) currently.

Mr. Lau previously held senior positions in the sales, marketing and business development functions of an international IP network provider and with two leading local telecom companies. He has proven track record in managing sales results, developing new business and markets, as well as sales and marketing team management.

Mr. Lau received his MBA degree from the University of Hong Kong.

Terence Ho

Terence Ho, Director of Engineering

Terence Ho joined TraxComm as Engineering Director in August 2023. Prior joining to TraxComm, Mr. Ho has over 18 years solid experience in telecommunication network technology and infrastructure. He has worked for several leading telecommunications network operators and vendors in various roles including network development, project implementation and operation management. In addition to his expertise, he played a significant role in innovation and cost reduction project and gained remarkable results.

Mr. Ho holds a master’s degree in Information Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Henry Yeung, Director of Product Development & Management

As a performance-driven senior executive with over 20 years of comprehensive achievements across ICT, Media Production, Manufacturing, Retail and E-Commerce industries, Mr. Henry Yeung offers extensive and all-round expertise in general management, sales and marketing management, operation management, network development, project management/implementation, data analysis and driving change. Prior to joining TraxComm, Mr. Yeung held senior positions in the network, sales and business development functions in two Fixed Telecommunication Network Services Providers in Hong Kong.

Mr. Yeung received his EMBA degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Marshall Ng, Director of Business Development

Mr. Marshall Ng is a seasoned professional who joined TraxComm as Business Development Manager in 2020 and was subsequently promoted to the position of Director of Business Development in Jan 2024. With over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing management within the ICT industry, Marshall has demonstrated expertise in areas of International bandwidth, Local loop, Data Centre and Managed Services.

Marshall holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University, Australia.

Edward Cheung, Sales Director

Mr. Edward Cheung joined TraxComm as a Sales Manager in October 2013. In this role, he has achieved excellent record in implementing and managing sales activities. In March 2021, Mr. Cheung was appointed Sales Director. Prior to joining TraxComm, he had worked for several leading fixed carriers with more than ten years of experience in the telecommunication industry.

Mr. Cheung holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Jonathan Shea, Director of Product Development & Management

Jonathan Shea is currently Director of Product Development and Management at TraxComm. Before joining TraxComm, Jonathan was IT Consultant of Construction Industry Council. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation (HKIRC) and Hong Kong Domain Name Registration Company Ltd (HKDNR) from 2002 to 2016. He has extensive senior management, IT and technology experience in industries including telecommunications, ISP and construction. Jonathan has also held senior executive positions in CLP Telecommunications, Henderson Cyber, New World Telecom and Telstra (Australia).

Apart from being a Chartered Engineer, Jonathan is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and a member of the Hong Kong Computer Society.

Peter Lok, Sales Director

Following more than 20 years’ experience in Telecommunication engineering design and project management, Mr. Peter Lok joined TraxComm as the Head of Network Engineering and Operations in 2003. He is responsible for overseeing the design, development, construction, service rollout, operation and maintenance of the entire network. In 2009, Mr. Lok was tasked to look after also the strategic development of TraxComm and was re-titled as Head of Strategic Development. In 2018, Mr Lok has taken up the position as Sales Director to strengthen the sales function of the company.

His diverse background in project management has included the design and construction of various telecommunication transport and wireless networks in both telecom service providers as well as operating railway industries.

Mr. Lok has retained his higher certificate in Electronic Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a certificate in Telecommunications Management from Ryerson Polytechnic University.

Eric Chau, Head of Engineering

Prior to joining TraxComm in 2007, Mr. Eric Chau has gained over 20 years of working experience in the telecommunications industry. Eric started his career with a power utility company and followed with other fixed network operators and cable TV operators. Previously he held a managerial position and led a sizable team to establish the optical fibre cable platform and cable modem broadband network for the delivery of both cable TV and broadband internet services.

Mr. Chau holds a BSc (Electronics) honour degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is currently a member of The Institution of Engineering & Technology and the Institution of Engineers Australia.
