Vision & Mission

We will:

Our Strength

We are the only neutral and wholesale-focused communication network provider in Hong Kong. We do not serve the retail market, so our valued customers - all of whom are retailers - need not worry that we will use the same infrastructure to compete with them in any way. Our neutrality also allows us to concentrate on ensuring that you will receive our fullest attention and the highest degree of service.

All our services are provisioned in highly secure environment. That means we can guarantee you will receive exceptional value-for-money in the form of reliable services with a low failure rate. Our track record for reliability speaks for itself: our network has never failed even once since our operation.

We can offer you extremely cost-effective solutions, because our backbone fiber-optic network is located along the tunnels. We therefore do not need to open the roads and place them underground; so, our construction costs are considerably less than those of other operators. We also reduce our expenses through astute outsourcing policies. We pass on all these advantages to you in the form of lower costs.
